1. Acceptance

4. Age Restrictions
   

   You must be at least 18 years old (or such higher age limit as required by applicable law) to use our services.

5. Account Registration
   
   • You are not allowed to create more than one account.
   • You may only hold accounts in your own name and under your own identity, and you shall provide accurate information when registering an Account with us.
   • Your login details must be kept confidential at all times. If you believe someone else has accessed or used your Account, notify Us immediately.
6. Withdrawal of Consent
   

   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Account if We deem it necessary for operational reasons, and in such cases You shall have no claim against us whatsoever. Upon termination of Your account, we will pay out all winnings but retain our service charge fee of 15% of total withdrawn amount.

7. Betting Limitations
   
   • Maximum stakes applicable to each game is $1000 (USD).
   • Daily / weekly/monthly self-set deposit limits are enforceable.
   • Each player has their own betting limit. Players exceeding these limits will have their bets restricted until such time as they meet the conditions specified.
8. Odds and Markets
   

   We endeavor to update our Odds accurately, but make no guarantee that this information is complete or free from error. No one shall be entitled to claim for any losses arising out of errors in betting odds which occurred prior to closure of a specific market or event.

9. Responsible Gaming
   
   • You can set limits on your deposits and withdraws through our Self Limit Tool.
   • We may offer time-outs, cooling-off periods or self-exclusion options from our platform; you should exercise these where necessary.
   • If we suspect that a player is not acting responsibly with their account balance (eg., by creating multiple accounts), we will contact them to discuss the situation and ask if they require help.
10. Bonuses and Promotions
    

    Any bonus or promotion offered on this website must be wagered 30 times before being withdrawn, unless otherwise specified in these Terms & Conditions.

    • All bonuses are restricted from being claimed while participating in a tournament.
    • Winnings generated through participation in free bets will have no withdrawal restrictions, but will still require the standard rollover amount of x30 applied.
11. Dispute Resolution
    

    We operate an independent dispute resolution process for any concerns or complaints about our service and may appoint outside experts (mediators/arbitrators) to hear both parties' viewpoints before resolving the complaint fairly in light of all relevant facts.

12. Warranties
    

    You represent that you are entering into this Agreement freely, without undue influence by anyone else.

    • We make no warranty or representation about our website and services being secure from viruses or other malicious code, which we undertake to exercise commercially reasonable efforts to maintain security on the platform as a whole.
13. Liquidity of Payment
    

    The Company reserves the right not to pay out winnings in excess of $1 million USD unless there is sufficient liquidity available within our own systems.

    • In such cases payments may be split over several days and if it so happens then we shall keep You informed via email at each point where payment becomes possible.
14. Right to Refuse a Bet
    

    At our discretion, We can refuse any bet or cancel bets already placed without giving reasons; you agree that this decision will not give rise to claim for reimbursement of monies lost from the account which is restricted by our systems (if applicable).

15. Intellectual Property
    

    Copyright in all content and materials on Our website belong exclusively to us or other third party rights holders who grant permission via license.

16. Payment Processing Fees
    

    The Company shall not be liable for payment processing fees related with withdrawal of funds from account operated by player unless it is proven that there was gross negligence involved while operating our business functions.

17. Force Majeure
    

    We will have no responsibility or liability in case We are unable, wholly or partly prevented to operate any function provided due to various unforeseen circumstances which cannot be controlled e.g., earthquake, floods and pandemic; during such time our system may go offline temporarily until the normal functionality is resumed.

18. Change of Terms & Conditions
    

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at anytime with thirty (30) days notice published here on website or send notification via email.

19. Acceptance in Full
    

    These conditions constitute the entire agreement between Us and You regarding your use of Our Services, superseding all prior agreements between us.
